Benefits

A great team deserves great support.  ThemeWorks focuses on ensuring our benefits are fair, smart and competitive to support your health, life, career and future.

As part of our commitment to a healthy work/life experience, we offer our employees with health and wellness benefits, financial and retirement planning support, growth opportunities and time away from work options.

Health Care

Medical plans are available to full-time team members. ThemeWorks shares the cost of coverage for full-time team members and their dependents. All medical options cover preventive care, such as routine physical exams, well-child care and immunizations, behavioral health, and prescription drugs.   The company also provides optional comprehensive Dental, Vision, and Disability plans as well as programs and rewards to encourage healthy actions and support programs for life events.

Retirement

ThemeWorks offers a retirement savings plan with the Company matching team member contributions up to 4% on a dollar for dollar basis. Team members can defer a percentage of their gross pay, through payroll deduction, up to the IRS maximum contribution limit. Team members aged 50 years or older may take additional “catch-up” contributions up to the IRS limit.

Facilities

Our modern production facility is sited on approximately 10 acres, and is an easy commute from surrounding cities.  At 1-1/4 acres in size, all under one roof, our production space features natural and LED lighting, excellent ventilation, and spacious work stations.  Our offices feature both private and collaborative working spaces, private restrooms, and a relaxed and fun working environment.

As part of our commitment to the environment, the majority of our energy needs are provided by our rooftop solar array and our grounds utilize xeriscaping.

Work-Life Balance

We are committed to helping you be the best ‘you’ that you can be, both inside and outside of work.

We strive to encourage a healthy work-life balance with paid time off, paid holidays (including the day after Thanksgiving!), and, as part of our profit-sharing, bonus time off.

Because we know that everyone’s needs are different, in some locations and roles, flexible working arrangements are available.

Experience

At ThemeWorks, you’ll work alongside some of the brightest and most creative minds in the industry on some of most iconic location-based experience projects of our time.  Our work is demanding, but equally rewarding as guests discover the “magic” of our team’s collective efforts.

Growth

ThemeWorks is committed to furthering the education of our team members. We believe that continuing education is an important aspect of both personal growth and professional success. We offer a wide-range of education opportunities from software training, trade-skills development, certifications, professional development training, paid industry networking opportunities and many others.
