Open Position: Marketing Intern, Spring Semester 2023

We are currently seeking candidates for a Marketing Internship for the Spring 2023 semester.   All our internships are paid positions.

In this paid internship, the intern will work directly with our management team to develop marketing assets, social media posts, web content and other promotional material.

Desired qualifications for this position include the following:

  • Excellent writing and editing skills utilizing AP Style, preferred experience with writing and editing press releases and blogs
  • Experience with social media including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
  • Very good skills and experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
  • Strong photography skills, ability to compose and capture compelling images
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and closely with team members

Open Position: Production Designer

We are currently seeking a Production Designer to join our team in High Springs, FL (just outside of Gainesville). The Production Designer will work with project teams to establish fabrication approaches, select materials, and develop technical drawings that will be used in the fabrication of our work. The designer’s primary duties will be to consult with other team members who will provide expertise in various aspects of fabrication, then produce well thought out, complete, and clear drawings that align with budget and time constraints and achieve the original design intent.

Desired qualifications for this position include the following:

  • A graduate or undergraduate degree in Industrial design, architecture, engineering, or a related field; or equivalent industry experience
  • Working knowledge of CAD software including AutoCAD or SolidWorks with a minimum of 1 year working experience
  • Experience with developing fully detailed fabrication or construction drawing packages, BIM experience is a plus
  • Ability to participate in multiple projects concurrently
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to produce under tight deadlines
  • Flexible, self-motivated and goal orientated
  • Must be a self-starter who works well in a team

Open Position: Project Manager

We are seeking an outgoing, energetic Project Manager to help develop and manage upcoming themed fabrication projects for Theme Parks, Zoos, Museums, and other experience venues.

A Project Manager will manage multiple projects concurrently. The responsibilities of the Project Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • Define the scope of the project in collaboration with client and senior management
  • Create a detailed work schedule which identifies and sequences the activities and resources needed to successfully complete projects
  • Routinely review project schedules with senior management and production team members
  • Ensure resources are properly allocated to ensure the project is completed on time and on budget
  • Properly monitor and update budgeted resources through a project lifecycle
  • Manage all project funds according to established accounting policies and procedures
  • Ensure that all financial records for the project are up to date
  • Routinely communicate with senior management, client and production manager on status of project and any changes or problems that arise

Qualified candidates should

  • Be team-oriented
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be able to quickly adapt to change
  • Be dedicated and enthusiastic about what they do
  • Be resourceful and enjoy problem solving
  • Be willing to travel as needed for projects

Desired qualifications for this position include the following:

  • Knowledge of basic construction / fabrication techniques
  • Computer and software skills/especially MS Excel
  • A bachelor’s or graduate degree in a related field of study or at least 5 years of leadership experience

Open Position: CNC Operator

We are currently seeking experienced 3-Axis CNC Routing Machine Operators to join our team in High Springs, FL (just outside of Gainesville).

  • Experience operating a 3-Axis CNC Router with little or no technical oversight
  • Experience inspecting precision machined parts
  • Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings
