Mike oversees our Composites Shop team and is responsible for producing tooling and castings for our projects. Mike has over 25 years experience in the construction and boat-building industries and enjoys using his knowledge to solve fabrication problems. Mike’s team produces quality castings and laminates using layers of fiber and resins, from class 1 fire-retardant polyester (fiberglass) to specialty composites such as carbon fiber or Kevlar®. Mike also works with our design and production management teams in the early phases of a project to develop fabrication strategies that help ensure successful outcomes.
