Rich joined our team after 22 years developing and directing children’s programs for large faith-based organizations. He is a graduate of both University of Central Florida (Bachelor’s degree in Organization Communication) and Regent University (Master’s degree in Communication/Film). After creating themed experiences for some of the largest churches in the country, Rich found the transition into large-scale themed entertainment projects to be natural, while fun and challenging. As a Project Manager, he applies his appreciation for storytelling, visual communication background, and his ability to connect with people to help our clients realize their projects.
